Can a semi-trailer arrive at your site?
Yes, it can, but due to the size of the yard, camions cannot turn in one round.
What welding technology do you use?
We provide electro-welding, AVI, CO welding to our customers.
Can you process sutures?
Yes, our colleagues do this procedure with special machines and manual tools.
How much raw material can you store at a time?
The capacity of our external warehouse can be used on 200 square meter up to 3.5 meter-height.
What happens to the aluminum waste from the process?
The aluminum waste (shavings and bigger pieces) are stored separately in dedicated containers. At the end of the process, we ship back the waste to the customer.

FE-CO Mór Ltd. is a reliable partner for its customers for 14 years now. In 2014, we opened our new, modern 1200 sqm production hall in Bodajk, 8 km from Mór, 20 km from Székesfehérvár. Our company profile is metallurgic machining and assembly. The company has been supplying Benteler Autótechnika Ltd. with automotive products since 2000. Through our partner, we produce engine compartment pipes for the Volkswagen Group, BMW and Mercedes. These parts are oil, water and fuel lines. Machining technologies for these products include various welding and soldering processes, milling operations, and assembly.
Our automotive partner is Thun Hungary Ltd., for which we manufacture various components with welding technologies. Since 2004, we have been supplying the then ALCOA-KÖFÉM Ltd., currently SAPA Profiles Ltd. We produce pressed aluminum profiles for our customer's multinational partners. The machining technologies of these products are dimensioning, various types of pressing, punching and drilling, milling and assembling processes. For Halla Visteon we do different types of dimensionings. With our skilled staff we are able to meet the expectations of our partners at a high standard. We communicate with our customers in German, English or Polish on request.
Our certified quality management system has been operated according to ISO 9001 standard for 12 years. We are up to meeting the requirements of automotive standards (ISO TS, VDA, QS9000) and automotive electronic standards (ISO 26262) as well. Our goal is to provide our services at a professional level, adjusting to the needs of our partners, and to provide customers with the highest standards of service and thus to receive additional orders.
Developments
Projekt name: Establishment of the advanced site of FE-CO Mór Ltd.
Description of the project: A new, 1253 sqm production hall and a 200 sqm office building was built within the framework of the development implemented to increase the efficiency of the technological line and reduce the logistics costs. Environmental aspects have been taken into account in the development of the hall’s heating system and electricity supply, part of which is provided by renewable energy.
